Divine Liturgy of Pascha

Introduction - Paschal Matins - Divine Liturgy - Paschal Hours - Paschal Vespers

Four days ago, on Great and Holy Thursday, we commemorated the Last or Mystical Supper, at which our Lord inaugurated the Eucharistic sacrifice in advance of his sacrifical death on the Cross. At that point, his arrest, suffering, crucifixion and burial were still to come. But having reached the feast of his Resurrection, we celebrate the Eucharist once more, remembering our risen Lord's appearance to (and meals) his disciples after his Resurrection.

This Divine Liturgy of Pascha may be celebrated immediately after Paschal Matins (whether in the nightime or on Easter morning); or in the morning on the Sunday of Pascha, sometime after Matins.
