This hymn to the Five Wounds of Christ was NOT included in the Byzantine Catholic Hymnal (2007).

We venerate, O Christ our God

This setting of Poklaňajusja, moj Christe is from the publications of Monsignor William Levkulic, who also made the English translation. The English version condenses the two verses in honor of the wounds in our Lord's hands into a single verse; and likewise with the wounds in His feet.

Discussion

This Lenten hymn in honor of the five wounds of Christ is from 117 of Father Stefan Papp's Duchovňi Pisňi (1969); no author is named.

The same five verses, along with an English translation (We venerate, O Christ) were printed in Monsignor William Levkulic's collection, Hymns for Great Lent (on page 42). In this collection, the hymn is credited to Father I. Dutsko (presumably the same as the author of another hymn in the same collection, L'udi moji, l'udi). I would love to find out more about this Father I. Dutsko!

Admittedly, the devotion to the Five Holy Wounds is more Roman than Eastern Catholic, but the melody is quite singable, and it could be used, for example, during the veneration of the holy shroud (plashchanitza) on Great and Holy Friday and Saturday.
