Paschal Cherubikon

This is NOT an official setting from our Divine Liturgy book, but a setting of the Cherubic Hymn based on the melody of the Paschal magnification, "The angel exclaimed." The original version by Cantor John Katrinscak of Saint Elias Byzantine Catholic Church in Munhall, PA has been adapted to our current English translations.

The acclamation "We praise you, we bless you" at the end of the Anaphora can be sung to the same melody:

The Communion Hymn(s) of the day are traditionally sung to the same melody as the Cherubikon.
