Duch Svjatyj snidet na t'a
This short Scriptural verse from the story of the Annunciation (Luke 1:35) is sung in some parishs before the sermon or homily, as an invocation of the Holy Spirit upon the one who will preach.
The melody is the same as that used for a common setting of "Da Ispolňatsja" ("May our mouth be filled with your praise") and "Budi imja Hospodne ("Blessed be the name of the Lord") at the end of the Divine Liturgy.
For an English version, see The Holy Spirit shall come upon you.
