The next course will be <strong>Introduction to Liturgy<\/strong> sometime this month, followed by <strong>Introduction to Church Singing<\/strong>. I think even experienced cantors will find something of value in the latter course, which will cover a lot of ground.<\/p>\n<p>I also hope to integrate the Moodle distance learning software with this website, so that the <a href=\"http:\/\/mci.archpitt.org\/courses\/\">Courses <\/a>page will show which courses you have completed.<\/p>\n<p>Other material that should appear within the next week or two:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Guidelines for finding (or being) a mentor<\/li>\n<li>Using\u00a0 the Theta Music ear training software<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>We will be providing music for the Great Fast and Pascha through the <a href=\"http:\/\/mci.archpitt.org\/\">home page<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/mci.archpitt.org\/blog\/\">blog <\/a>on this website, so please check in regularly.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The first two courses in our online cantor education program are up and running, with most of the kinks worked out.
